A．如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊公司,，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照,，投標(biāo)時(shí)需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）,；
如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明,；
A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);
The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.
B．本次招標(biāo)不接受代理商投標(biāo),。投標(biāo)人應(yīng)是投標(biāo)貨物的制造廠商（包括制造廠商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷售的公司）。如果投標(biāo)人是制造廠商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷售的公司，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供聲明,，說明投標(biāo)人與制造廠商隸屬同一集團(tuán),，負(fù)責(zé)投標(biāo)貨物的銷售工作。
Bid by Agent is not accepted. The bidder shall be the manufacturer of bid goods, including the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer of bid goods. If the bidder is the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer, the bidder should provide relevant documents to prove that the sales company is within the same group as the Manufacturer and it is responsible for the sales of the bid goods.

投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商須取得覆蓋本次投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品等級且有效的《特種設(shè)備型式試驗(yàn)證書》,。
The manufacturer of the bid product shall obtain a valid Special Equipment Type Test Certificate covering the grade of the bid product.
（3）業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:
****至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)）,，投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商有雙酚A裝置（BPA裝置）氣動(dòng)旋塞閥的2個(gè)合同業(yè)績且單個(gè)合同閥門數(shù)量大于或等于50臺。
其中,，至少包含1臺壓力等級不低于600lb的氣動(dòng)旋塞閥和1臺設(shè)計(jì)溫度不低于250℃的氣動(dòng)旋塞閥,。（需注意：壓力等級和設(shè)計(jì)溫度可以同時(shí)在1臺閥門中體現(xiàn)，也可以分別在2臺閥門中體現(xiàn),；壓力等級和設(shè)計(jì)溫度不要求必須同時(shí)體現(xiàn)在1個(gè)合同業(yè)績中,，可以分別在2個(gè)合同業(yè)績中體現(xiàn)。)
如果投標(biāo)人為制造商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷售的公司,，應(yīng)提供該制造商的業(yè)績,。
From 1st Jan, 2015 to the bid deadline (subject to the contract signing date), the manufacturer of the products submitted by the bidder shall have 2 supply contracts of BPA plant pneumatic plug valves, and the number of individual contract valves is greater than or equal to 50.
Among the two contracts, there is at least one pneumatic plug valves with a pressure class of not less than 600lb and one pneumatic plug valve with a design temperature of not less than 250℃.(Note: Pressure rating and design temperature can be reflected in 1 valve at the same time, or can be reflected in 2 valves; Pressure rating and design temperature are not required to be reflected in 1 contract at the same time, but can be reflected in 2 contract performance.)
If the bidder is a company responsible for sales within the manufacturer's group, the contract of that manufacturer should be provided.
投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件,。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：銷售合同復(fù)印件（含相關(guān)技術(shù)附件）,。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、合同簽署頁（國內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章,，國際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章）,、制造商名稱、裝置名稱,、貨物名稱,、貨物數(shù)量、壓力等級,、設(shè)計(jì)溫度,。
若業(yè)績合同為年度協(xié)議，除提供年度協(xié)議外,，還應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的已到貨訂單,，訂單內(nèi)容或編號應(yīng)與年度協(xié)議相關(guān)聯(lián)。同一個(gè)年度協(xié)議下提供1個(gè)或以上的訂單及與訂單對應(yīng)的到貨驗(yàn)收材料均算為1個(gè)有效業(yè)績,。
The Bidder shall furnish reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: copies of sales contract (including technical appendix) . The reference evidence certification furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: Date of signing contract, contract signing page(domestic trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), name of manufacturer, name of the plant, name of goods, number of goods, pressure rating and design temperature.
If the performance contract is an annual agreement, in addition to providing the annual agreement, corresponding received orders should also be provided, and the order content or number should be associated with the annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding acceptance evidence under the same annual agreement is considered as one valid performance.
未提交業(yè)績證明文件,，或通過所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法認(rèn)定滿足上述業(yè)績要求的，均視為無效業(yè)績,。
If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the above performance requirements, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.
