(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：1,、未被“信用中國(guó)”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）,、中國(guó)政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法失信主體,、政府采購(gòu)嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單,；
2、須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人組織,；
3,、具有建筑工程施工總承包三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)；
4,、具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）,；
5、擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專(zhuān)業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格,，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū),，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in the list of dishonesty executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, or serious illegal and dishonest behaviors in government procurement on Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China. 3. Possess a Class III or above general contracting qualification for construction projects; 4. Possess a valid work safety license; 5. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor qualification in the field of building engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not be concurrently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 6. Performance requirements: None; 7. Other requirements: None.
