I. School Profile
Established in March 2020, Qingdao Preschool Education College (QPEC) is a full-time public college with normal education as the main focus and non-normal education as the support and extension. The college is strategically located in the core area of the China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Area (Jiaozhou Economic and Technological Development Zone), occupying a campus area of 33.6 hectares (approximately 503.8 Chinese mu). Situated on the northern shore of Jiaozhou Bay, the college enjoys superior geographical advantages with convenient transportation networks, being adjacent to Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport to the north and connected to the Jiaozhou Bay Bridge to the south. The college has comprehensive teaching facilities that align perfectly with its academic programs, including specialised classrooms, internship bases, training centres, educational instruments, and library resources. It boasts over 400 professional training laboratories, featuring an Art Broadcasting Centre, Preschool Education, Digital Intelligence in Business and Commerce, Jewellery Design, among other disciplines.
The college offers a total of 28 enrollment majors, comprising six education majors (including Preschool Education, Music Education, Art Education, Physical Education, Early Childhood Education, and Special Education) and six distinctive disciplinary enrollment majors covering Jewelry Design Appraisal, Computer Science Technology, Modern Commerce Logistics, Tourism Leisure Sports Services, Language Studies, and Arts Media. The college currently has a total enrollment of over 7,100 students, supported by 435 permanent faculty and administrative personnel.
II. Application Requirements
1. Abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, be in good health, and have no criminal record.
2. Have good moral character and possess the physical and psychological qualities required for the position.
3. Meet the educational background, degree, major, and specialization requirements for the position. Foreign teachers engaged in language teaching should, in principle, teach their native language as their teaching subject, and must hold a bachelor’s degree or above from a university in their home country, along with at least two years of relevant experience in language education. However, those who have obtained a degree in education, language, or teacher training, or who hold a teaching qualification from their home country or an internationally recognized language teaching certificate (e.g., TESOL/TEFL), may be exempt from the work experience requirement.
4. If the applicant has prior teaching experience in China, their work experience must meet the following conditions:
□Compliance with the management of their previous employer during employment;
□No criminal record in China;
□No history of contract breaches or abrupt resignation without proper notice.

Ⅳ. Position Responsibilities and Compensation Package
1.Commencement Date: September to October 2025.
2. Teaching Requirements:
Foreign language teachers are required to complete a minimum of 12 teaching periods per week (45 minutes per period).
Russian Language Teachers’ primary responsibilities include:
□Delivering general Russian courses to university students;
□Delivering applied Russian courses and supporting curricula development;
□Providing translation support for international collaborations.
English Language Teachers’ primary responsibilities include:
□Teaching English courses to university students;
□Delivering business English courses and supporting curricula development.
□Additional compensation applies for teaching hours exceeding prescribed requirements.
3. Salary Standard: To be discussed during an online or in-person interview.
4. Benefits and Compensation

□The school provides free accommodation, equipped with basic furniture and appliances.
□A round-trip international airfare allowance is granted once during the valid contract period, in accordance with the standards specified in the contract.
□Foreign language teachers are entitled to the Chinese statutory holidays and winter/summer vacations as stipulated by the School.
5. Insurance Coverage
The school will arrange comprehensive private commercial insurance and state-mandated social insurance for international faculty members. According to stipulated terms in the insurance policy, medical expenses incurred at licensed hospitals in China will be covered by the insurer.
6. Visa Procedures
The school is responsible for handling the residence permit and expert certificate for contracted foreign teachers and will cover the associated costs.

4. Assessment Method and Procedure
The International Exchange and Cooperation Office will organize interviews based on the application submissions. The interview consists of two parts: qualification review and a job competency assessment.
